Knots (energetic and psychic) aka Granthis

The first time this concept entered my awareness, was from an article about the three main granthis and how kundalini can pierce through them,in order to unblock your energy flow etc..
I went immediately to do it in practise and see what will happen..

I felt very good..
In fact everytime i don't feel well,i imagine that i destroy,cut,or untie any knot related with and immediately i feel much better.
Seems like it works.
