I recently stumbled upon an artist by the name of Ummet Ozcan. He creates pretty cool sounds mixing techno music with Mongolian throat singing and other ethic vibes. He dropped this single yesterday called Yima.

Thank you Jon, it was fun getting into the tuvan throat singing this morning.

With the song you sent, I am reminded of an ancient Mesopotamian life(it was the instrumentals at one point in the song). A recent connection to this era has revealed itself to me, and a stirring deep within propels the mystery onward.

Cheers friend~

Thank you, Jon.
The music and the visuals were amazing. I found that I wished to be there.

Okay, I apologize, but I was playing with a pull toy with my dog last week, and this silly happy song popped into my mind. I hadn't heard it in decades, but it suited the occasion. Only thing...it stays with you forever... :D

Sandy, that is AWESOME. Epic piano- and a lot of fun. When he said, "gotcha!" and the way it came out of my left speaker. I just started laughing.

This song has been recurring in my field lately!

Speaking of Africa, I recently discovered Kilibeat, an African inspirational music group. I’ve listened to a couple of their albums, Christian Reggae and Blessed. I find their beats to be very uplifting.

:sunflower: Hints that AI can be used to create better Akashic construct experience,
where AI is nurturing the audio/visual experience without incorporating
its sifted, sorted and synthesized (SSS) artificial intelligence ...

Q: Similarly to brainwave entrainment DVDs, can AI now be used to create
brainwave entrainment for study, relaxation, meditation, etc.?

(Google Gemini) "Yes, absolutely! AI is increasingly being used to create personalized brainwave entrainment experiences for various purposes,
including study, relaxation, and meditation. This is a significant evolution from traditional brainwave entrainment DVDs.

Here's how AI is enhancing brainwave entrainment:

Personalization: Traditional brainwave entrainment often involves generic audio or visual stimuli. AI can analyze an individual's real-time physiological data (e.g., brainwave activity via EEG, heart rate, mood, stress levels from wearables) and user preferences to create highly customized entrainment sessions. This means the AI can tailor the frequencies, sounds, and even musical compositions to best suit the individual's current mental state and desired outcome.

Adaptive Feedback: AI-powered systems can provide real-time feedback. If an individual's brainwaves aren't entraining as desired, the AI can dynamically adjust the stimulus to guide them towards the target state. For example, if beta waves (associated with stress) remain high, the AI might shift to binaural beats that encourage alpha or theta waves for relaxation.

Generative Music and Soundscapes: AI can compose unique, non-repetitive music and soundscapes designed to elicit specific brainwave states. This goes beyond simply embedding binaural beats into existing tracks; the AI can generate entire compositions that are harmonically layered and adapt to subtle changes in the user's brain activity.

Integration with Wearables and Biofeedback: Many AI brainwave entrainment applications leverage wearable EEG devices to monitor brain activity.
This real-time data allows the AI to provide precise, data-driven feedback and adjustments, making the entrainment more effective.

Various Applications:

Study/Focus: AI can generate audio that promotes beta or gamma waves, associated with alertness,
concentration, and high-level cognitive processing, helping users get "in the zone" for studying or work.

Relaxation: AI can create soundscapes or binaural beats that encourage alpha or theta waves,
leading to deep relaxation and stress reduction.

Meditation: By guiding the brain into alpha or theta states, AI can facilitate deeper meditative experiences,
helping to quiet the mind and reduce mind-wandering.

Sleep: AI can generate frequencies that promote delta waves, essential for deep, restorative sleep.

Examples of AI in Brainwave Entrainment:

Several companies and research initiatives are already exploring and implementing AI for brainwave entrainment.
Some prominent examples include:

Brain.fm: This platform uses AI-generated music specifically engineered to help users focus, relax,
or sleep by influencing brainwave activity.

Muse: While not solely an entrainment app, Muse uses EEG sensors to provide real-time audio feedback
on brain activity during meditation, helping users learn to control their brainwaves.

Endel: This app creates personalized, adaptive soundscapes based on user input, environment,
and even heart rate, aiming to promote focus, relaxation, or sleep.

In essence, AI is making brainwave entrainment more personalized, responsive, and potentially more effective
by moving beyond static recordings to dynamic, adaptive experiences. This fusion of neuroscience and AI
holds significant promise for enhancing mental well-being and cognitive performance.
