I wasn't sure about the title of this thread,but i have a surge to share these infos,cause i think it can shed some light
to those who are sensitive to energies and they get caught in the middle of those huge world shifts..

Of course i was prompted to read this,cause i was yelling to my higher self about all this mess i experience the last years.I had a premonition that something's going on to the energy realms and this something is too big for an individual to stop-change it..
Long periods of exhaustion,emotional rollercoasters,etc... Sometimes i was just wondering, where the heck all this stuff flows from...

...not egotistical at all, Dron. It is very important in so many ways to take care of the self. In fact, in some areas of spiritual work it would be ill-advised to to go into it from a weakened state.
