We had a lovely picnic with the whole family at my parent's home. Afterwards we watched the Oak Ridge fireworks from the lawn of my parent's church. It was so peaceful and beautiful. (I know it sounds strange describing fireworks as peaceful, but it was, as there was peace all around us. odd but that's what I felt.
