Re: https://www.yahoo.com/news/identical-tw ... 52767.html

"pair of identical twins who grew up in separate countries have somehow developed
similar personality traits but significantly different IQ levels"

"In the study, the twin who grew up in Korea described living in a loving
and harmonious household, while the one who lived in the U.S. shared an upbringing
with regular conflict and the eventual divorce of her adoptive parents." :(

:o A comparison of the photos suggests these twins are not so identical now
and that they have different diets (one is more rounded than the other).
The nutrition of the diets then becomes an important variable ...
not to mention environments that are not similarly healthy.

 Hmmm ... eating to relieve stress comes to mind.

show that Europe will not have much of a manufacturing base, or be able to sustain value of their currency much longer ...

"A newly issued U.S. quarter celebrates Cherokee leader Wilma Mankiller" :o

 See also: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wilma_Mankiller

"The surname 'Mankiller', Asgaya-dihi (Cherokee syllabary: ᎠᏍᎦᏯᏗᎯ) in the Cherokee language, refers to a traditional Cherokee military rank, similar to a captain or major, or a shaman with the ability to avenge wrongs through spiritual methods. Alternative spellings are Outacity or Ontassetè. Wilma's given Cherokee name, meaning flower, was A-ji-luhsgi.

When Charley and Irene married in 1937, they settled on Charley's father, John Mankiller's allotment, known as 'Mankiller Flats', near Rocky Mountain in Adair County, Oklahoma, which he had received in 1907 as part of the government policy of forced assimilation for Native American people.' "

 "Tough stuff" is a similar expression, but these expressions are usually finessed
"in the moment" for public sensitivity. That these expressions were not finessed may relate
to dementia issues where word choice is more difficult (e.g., mental vocabulary links

:study: Research about the significance of "puberty" ...

Re: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... males.html

"Caitlyn Jenner backs swimming governing body’s ban on transgender female athletes competing against women"

Re: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Puberty

"the process of physical changes through which a child's body matures into an adult body capable of sexual reproduction.
It is initiated by hormonal signals from the brain to the gonads: the ovaries in a girl, the testes in a boy. In response
to the signals, the gonads produce hormones that stimulate libido and the growth, function, and transformation of the brain,
bones, muscle, blood, skin, hair, breasts, and sex organs. Before puberty, the external sex organs, known as primary
sexual characteristics, are sex characteristics that distinguish boys and girls."

 Obviously, "puberty" refers to anatomical changes of a maturing child's body and not to sexual orientation ...
with this anatomical perspective still limited to "male" and "female" bodies. Apparently, "capable of sexual reproduction"
means relative to the maturing body. For example, a female transitioned to male must sexually reproduce as a male
to qualify as a successful transition, anatomically speaking.

Such discussions of puberty seem to confirm that current transitions result in male-like and female-like bodies
but not completely anatomically correct throughout the body.

"Here’s How the Navy Is Training Sailors on Proper Gender Pronouns"

"The official training video is meant to emphasize 'the importance of using correct pronouns
as well as polite etiquette when you may not be sure of someone's pronouns' "

 Interesting training but suggesting there will be times when you're sure incorrectly. :o
The "polite etiquette" part of training may explain how to quickly defuse such mistakes.
Ultimately, people may need to wear something that gives strangers a clue
since physical appearance is becoming less reliable. :(

:bana: Good opportunity to develop genderless pronouns for first contact
with use of such pronouns indicating that "You don't have a clue!" ...
but such use also being offensive if they say "It's obvious!"

 Hopefully, there's more to this re-gender desire since the story implies
it's just anti-gender strategy to increase that distance from the father -
not typical intent to better identify with self-perception. :o

And if anti-gender strategy, this suggests more public acceptance
of re-gendering simply because it's possible! (like new fashion) ;)

Re: https://www.the-sun.com/news/5606670/el ... -identity/
"Musk’s controversial comments about transgender people resurface after his child disowns dad"

"In July 2020, he tweeted: 'Pronouns suck.' "

:bana: Good example of media-enhanced controversy ...

A two-year old tweet that railed against having to learn strange new pronouns
(after use of traditional ones for millennia) - not against transgender identity.

 Apparently, new pronouns are necessary to shout transgender reality
when being transgender (oft with name and body appearance changes)
is still insufficient public confirmation. ;)

:hithere Interestingly, explicit public confirmation (shouted) seems to be the reason
for this phenomenon of new pronouns. For example, Robert now identifies as Roberta.
Previously, Robert's gender identification was his name, but now Roberta (common name)
is insufficient announcement that this is a new "Roberta". To shout the transition,
new pronouns must accompany it. When people are forced to use new pronouns,
public confirmation accompanies this new-era transition ... IMO. ;)

:duh Suddenly, such trends hint that a societal backlash will occur within years
wherein the great majority of people who identify with their birth anatomy
will be shouting about their non-transition (or "Been There! Done That!").

Old pronoun person: "How is she/he today?"
New pronoun person: "They are fine! Thanks for asking."
Old pronoun bystander: "Say what?!"

 This video doesn't really solve problems since gender may still be in transition.
And "guys" has been used for years to refer to all genders, as in "you people."
New rules now assume "male" meaning, rendering a useful word extinct. :(

:rambo: Suddenly, this spirit of Ishmale seems to communicate that modern society
needs to stand its ground when centuries-long functional language is being undermined
to promote better treatment of a minority; a worthy goal but currently tantamount
to tossing the babies with their birthing water.

Re: https://halturnerradioshow.com/index.ph ... o-abortion
"SUPREME COURT OVERTURNS 'ROE V. WADE' - No federal constitutional Right to Abortion"

 Makes sense! Right or wrong, abortion is not a constitution issue,
but "right to life" is, especially when life might be threatened
by overreaching government policy (a constitution is supposed
to promote and preserve the necessary critical balance). ;)

:study: Re: https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-sup ... 022-06-24/

"As a result of Friday's ruling, 'from the very moment of fertilization, a woman has no rights to speak of.
A state can force her to bring a pregnancy to term, even at the steepest personal and familial costs' "

 Since "familial costs" are certain for young women and children living at home,
fairness hints that the parents of the young man/boy who impregnated the girl
should also be forced to share those costs (including subsequent child raising).
After all, "It takes a village ..." said a well-known author. ;)

Note: State law will now determine the rules for its residents.

:study: Re: https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/4073744/posts
"Rep. Maxine Waters to Protesters: 'The Hell With the Supreme Court, We Will Defy Them' "

 Surprisingly (or not), there's significant support for abortion,
oft promoted as women's right to control their bodies.

States that permit abortion already seem destined to be the centers
providing these services with "underground" access for privacy.

:? In a world so overpopulated (re: 'depopulation' conspiracy theories),
that abortion remains so controversial oft seems oxymoronic.
Mysteriously, conspiracy theory suggests that ending adult life
is the better solution than terminating beginning life.
