"THIRD consecutive day of looting as 50-strong hammer gang storms mall jewelry store

"2014 law downgraded theft of property less than $950 in value from felony to misdemeanor"

 Apparently, administrative COW pasture policy (societal Cost Of Woke)

"There's More To 'Woke' Than You Think"

"instead of just being a word that signaled awareness of injustice or racial tension,
it became a word of action. Activists were woke and called on others to stay woke."

 Apparently "action" now has various meanings
and 'woke-averse' can mean rap a verse of woke
or preferring to avoid the extremes of woke. :finger:

(but maybe not ... with these RULES).

Re: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech ... -2025.html
"world's first FLOATING CITY! Flood-proof Oceanix ... will be built in South Korea by 2025"

 Somehow, floating city islands doesn't seem to have much longevity,
considering difficulty of serious maintenance, new construction,
and inter-island mobility.

LARGE cruise ships, anchored and with floating roads, might be the easier
"prototype to deem suitability of floating cities for crowded coastal communities".
And cruise ship islands can be rearranged like a chessboard (or whatever). 8)

 Perhaps, a combination of cruise ships and functional city islands
makes the best prototype (and is faster to construct). ;)

"Hurried Value Shopping" comes to mind (selecting higher priced items)

:study: Re: https://www.webmd.com/diet/collagen-health-benefits

"To produce collagen, your body needs:
- Proline: in egg whites, dairy, cabbage, mushrooms, and asparagus
- Glycine: in pork skin, chicken skin, and gelatin, variety of other protein-rich foods
- Vitamin C: in citrus fruits and bell peppers
- Zinc: in beef, lamb, pork, shellfish, chickpeas, lentils, beans, milk, cheese, various nuts and seeds
- Copper: in organ meats, cocoa powder, cashews, sesame seeds, and lentils"

 Tips: Collagen supplements may work but are still being researched and expensive!
Like most supplements, natural sources are often the healthier choice. ;)

See also: https://www.webmd.com/diet/health-benefits-gelatin

"While early humans often ate the connective tissues, tendons, and other parts of animals that contain collagen, most modern diets are lacking in collagen and gelatin. Due to its high protein content and amino acids, gelatin is often taken as a supplement. Gelatin is a protein that may promote skin, joint, hair, nail, and gut health. It also provides essential amino acids, the building blocks of proteins" :roll

:bana: Soup made of well-simmered chicken (pieces with bones)
as well as turkey now come to mind. Bon Appétit!

 If "chicken" refers to the human feminine gender, does "turkey" refer to the masculine?

See also: https://www.almanac.com/fact/are-the-co ... ou-buy-for

"Both genders are sold commercially. A turkey's age is the biggest factor in how it tastes. Since old females (Hens) have tough meat,
the hens are usually eaten when they are young and small (Jennies). Conversely, older males (Toms) are preferred to younger ones
because younger ones (Jakes) generally have stringy meat."

:bana: This could solve the gender controversy of airplane greetings!

Instead of "Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, girls and boys ..."
they'll announce "Good afternoon, Hens and Toms, Jennies and Jakes
... we'll be serving some of you today."

 And on international flights over the date line:
"... we'll be serving the rest of you tomorrow." ;)

"Florida students say Black Friday should be renamed because it sounds RACIST"

 OMG! If individual words can be "racist", "Friday" is racist
... as in Robinson Crusoe's "man Friday". :o

OMG! Now "racist" is racist, via reverse racism:
if you're (that color) you were born/raised as "racist". :colors:

OMG! "(Hump) Wednesday" is "sexist".

OMG! Even "OMG" reverses to GMO :!:

OMG! Words are the real problem! ;)

 "Does Texas law require you to have a will?"

 Considering typical repercussions for crimes,
the answer must be "No" (unless you pay in absentia)
... since "require" means at the time of death.

 Also, a will would have to be required at birth
since death occurs at any age :!:

 Actually, there's always a default will:
the will of the state. ;)
