"Jenner says ‘of course’ boys who started trans ‘treatment’ young should compete with girls"

Yes, social sensitivity should guide decisions about such competition!
However, changing external appearance does not change the internal body
as delivered at birth (internal surgery doesn't create an at-birth body).

Best guess: Completed trans-formations need to be tested to learn
how they perform relative to their non-trans-formation competition.

These articles about horses suggest that differences remain
despite external and name changes (e.g., from Trigger to Trixie).

"When starting out, you want to choose a horse with a reliable temperament;
hormones like testosterone are highly linked to aggression, which is why most
beginner riders are advised to steer clear of stallions. Mares and geldings
are usually calmer, but there are always exceptions."

"Female Is A Fact"
"Every cell in our bodies carries our genetic print. Our 30 trillion cells each hold DNA made from more than 3 million base pairs that contain around 30,000 genes that express us biologically. You, the 'you' that is conscious of you, were born with a body that is either female or male.
You are either a girl or a boy, a woman or a man."

Modern medical science can transform (mostly external appearance) a body to complement that mind's preference,
but the biological fact (re: DNA) cannot be changed (until mRNA vaccines are created for a fetus? But the resulting mind
may have other perspectives about their sexual identity).
