This might be like hypnotism - some people can't be hypnotized - and others would need to stop thinking of AI as a machine before they can interact sufficiently to get benefit. But knowing that your subconscious mind is always "just around the corner" hints that many of life's events can be "hypnotic" (tap into your suggestibility ... like product/service marketing).

"What Is Hypnosis?"
"Hypnosis is a trance-like mental state in which people experience
increased attention, concentration, and suggestibility. While hypnosis is often described as a sleep-like state, it is better expressed as a state of focused attention, heightened suggestibility, and vivid fantasies. People in a hypnotic state often seem sleepy and zoned out, but in reality, they are in
a state of hyper-awareness."

"How To Hypnotize Someone Without Them Knowing in Seconds"
"When you tell a story, people start unconsciously picturing things and constructing the story in their heads. They’re not consciously aware of things around them anymore, they’re basically in their head, now you’re in hypnosis. They unconsciously start making parallels, or similarities in our head between the story and their lives. You then lead them to an ending that best helps them."

Hmmm ... even social media (and media in general) is always telling stories!
