This suggests, when interviewed for employment, the prospective employee must present their true self,
"The You Presented In Consultation At Law" (
TYPICAL). In other words, the employer must not be surprised later
with a Private YOU (as in Private/Public) since all of YOU effectively represent the company once employed.
The
TYPICAL YOU, knowingly presented, might be recorded (video, etc.) and witnessed;
failure to present your true self would create legal justification for your later dismissal.
