Massie has a good point ...
if citizens of this democracy still value their Constitution (vote needs to be legal as required by law);
a voting-without-quorum precedence can undermine the Constitution. He may have sacrificed his career
to make a necessary point ... since stimulus money RIGHT NOW is very popular!
