"Williams 'suffered monetary damages in the amount that he paid to purchase' the Impossible Whopper, according to the suit."

What

No emotional damage

A year's worth of free "Impossible Burgers" (even cooked on a new grill)
would not have cost as much as a lawsuit.

Incidentally, all recent discussion about faux meat is about stuff assembled to look and taste like ground beef ...
yet "meat" has always been many more products than ground beef. This suggests that fast food burger aficionados
would be satisfied with most "stuff assembled to look and taste like ground beef".
After all, there has been no discussion in recent decades about "hot dogs",
more stuff assembled to look and taste like ... "hot dogs".

"Common hot dog sausage ingredients include:
- Meat trimmings and fat, e.g. mechanically separated meat, pink slime, meat slurry.
- Flavorings, such as salt, garlic, and paprika.
- Preservatives (cure) – typically sodium erythorbate and sodium nitrite."

"So, what's your point?"
Fast food aficionados are not so concerned about ingredients,
apparently inspiring the new "Faux Meat Faux Ever!"
