Pumpkin Spice Dog Treets ... they're green! :roll

 Pumpkin spice deodorant would be good ...
and pumpkin spice room fresheners ...
and pumpkin spice deodorant ...

 But this spice blend has no relationship to pumpkins
unless it's used for a pumpkin-based food recipe. ;)

Re: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... ancer.html

"The research that was carried out was an 'association study'. This means that it only shows the correlation between eating chicken and the certain types of cancers, rather than investigating the reasons why. It could mean that the meat itself contains a carcinogen but it could even come down to how the meat is cooked." ;)

 Seems to me ...
any charred food from cooking is associated with disease
.... if consumed in sufficient quantity.

Re: https://www.insider.com/hurricane-doria ... ida-2019-8

 What media frenzy about "most likely" based on early spaghetti models of Dorian!
The President was indeed correct about Dorian hitting some of the states: ;)
“South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama will most likely be hit”

Besides, the President was not forecasting - just communicating that the government
was keeping informed about that monster storm, preparing to assist as needed. :roll

 I expected more pushback from inland Floridians who prepared for a Cat 5 hurricane
(as predicted by weather forecasters!) ... and it didn't occur :!:

More about pumpkin spice ...

Re: https://www.cnn.com/2017/09/13/health/p ... index.html

"In other words, if the pumpkin spice blend ... that has been added to your favorite food item
reminds you of a baking pumpkin pie at grandma's house, then it probably did its job."

 This is probably the real reason why pumpkin spice is so appealing :!:
(all those food-centered holidays, featuring pumpkin and pumpkin desserts).
Besides, pumpkin spice is not promoted much outside of those holidays. ;)

"(Animal Welfare) proposed steering clear of fancy, tiered fruit cakes or chocolate cakes, that could make dogs sick if guests decide to sneak them a few pieces, and to take care with the bridal flowers and floral centrepieces to make sure they are not toxic to dogs."

Probable exceptions: guide dogs and emotional support pets.

"Then again, there’s a lot of parts of the Bible that talk about how life begins with breath,
and so even that is something that we can interpret differently." :?

 Actually, the potential for independent life (outside the womb) probably begins
when the human brain has developed sufficiently with complementing body functions. ;)

As for dependent life (inside the womb), conception seems that starting point :!:

Re: https://fanaticcook.com/2015/05/05/when ... breakfast/

"Beech-Nut wanted to increase consumer demand for bacon. Bernays turned to his agency’s internal doctor and asked him whether a heavier breakfast might be more beneficial for the American public. Similar to promoting cereal so that more milk would be sold?

that many food combinations make a good breakfast. Even beer and pizza? :finger:
