Oh boy! Just like eggs ("they're good!, they're bad!, they're good!"), it's time to recycle
the similar chocolate mantra ... and get some dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao:

"Been there - Done that!" 85% cacao seems to be the upper limit,
whereafter there's insufficient candy appeal (IMO: "chocolate starch").
Who knew?! Raw walnuts complement this chocolate.
