Some thoughts about these "30 of the top tips from Good Housekeeping" ...
2. Use a microfibre cloth instead of a glass cleaner to clean smartphone screens.
Glass cleaners can damage the coating that stops fingerprints building up on the screen.
@ Gritty fingers probably damage the screen more
3. Use whitening toothpaste, which is abrasive, with an old toothbrush to clean out grout.
@ Dentists insist that tooth enamel is harder than grout.
6. Use an 'e-cloth' mop which uses only water and ditch floor cleaning liquids.
@ I still haven't found the e-cloth marketed to cleanup old e-mail.
7. Line salad drawers of a fridge with a kitchen towel to catch stray veg before chucking away.
@ There's no chucking away later if you never eat old produce.
8. Wash make up brushes in warm soapy water with a little coconut oil to keep clean.
@ What's a "make up" brush? Device used to clean up after "make up" sex?
9. A can of compressed air gets rid of stubborn crumbs in a computer keyboard.
@ Can needs to be a loud horn to get rid of stubborn crumbs who won't leave after the party.
13. Washing a vacuum cleaner tube in warm, soapy water dislodges blockages to help suction.
@ A broom handle inserted into the tube also works! "What's a broom

", Millennials and Gen Z ask.
12. Add dishwasher rinse aid to water when you clean your windows for a streak free finish.
@ At U.T. Austin (a few decades ago ; - ) police kept the campus streak free.
21. Clean dusty blinds by putting a slightly damp sock over your hand and running it between the slats.
@ I'll have to buy more socks - I use the old ones for dusting floors as I shuffalo to Buffalo.
23. Always use cold water with bleach as hot water can render the active ingredients useless.
@ I finally remembered what "hot water" is after replacing my water heater ... 5 years later.
30. Don't clean things more than you need to. Use a checklist to differentiate between daily, weekly and monthly jobs.
@ "Been there! Doing that!" Many cleaning tasks (personal and otherwise) can be redefined as "biannual, yearly,
and getting a round toit" ... for busy college students, the homeless, and limited income retirees.
