IMO. Case in point: When electronic audio devices can be implanted in the human head, what laws (re: freedom of speech) will limit the broadcasts that may be received when not desired? Will a "free speech" interpretation mandate that you must turn the volume down yourself on unwanted broadcasts received by your personal device?
