"The modern Santa Claus grew out of traditions surrounding the historical Saint Nicholas (a fourth-century Greek bishop and gift-giver of Myra), the British figure of Father Christmas and the Dutch figure of Sinterklaas (himself also based on Saint Nicholas)."
That Santa derived from the historical Saint Nicholas is sufficient supporting evidence that belief in Santa may be perpetuated for millennia ... for the Spirt of Santa emerges every season within the efforts (and generosity) of millions of "Santa's helpers".

Of course, "sit on saddles for hours" includes lotsa activity on that horse

However, stand-up seats are the final step to stacked coffin "seating"
(sleeping pills and catheters optional, but recommended).

Thus, my current New Year's logic:
Setting goals after January 12 is best!

My favorite question: "How will you celebrate your victories?"
(about losing weight): Eat a pint of ice cream with walnuts and whipped cream

"Say goodbye to refined sugar and flour except on rare occasions.

Meat can make a rare appearance, usually only to flavor a dish."
Who knew?! There's a subtle grammar lesson ...
"Fish" is plural or singular, depending on the verb:
1. "Fish are a staple." and 2. "Fish is a staple."
are both correct but with nuanced meanings:
1. "Fish", the types of aquatic animals that have gills and swim.
2. "Fish", the type of food that is (are ) aquatic animals that swim.
So, which of these is correct?
I know I'll be healthy if all I eat are fish
I know I'll be healthy if all I eat is fish
Apparently ...
Neither, if nutrition statements
Both, if grammar statements
I know I'll need more protein today ...
But in my home, "Eggs is a staple." (or "Eggs are a staple."?)
Dunno I'll eat one of each to be certain.

"20,000 Satellites for 5G to be Launched Sending Focused Beams of Intense Microwave Radiation Over Entire Earth"
"In local urban communities there would be a cell tower approximately every 500 feet along every street."
"This means that they will send tightly focused beams of intense microwave radiation at each specific 5G device that is on the Earth and each device will send a beam of radiation back to the satellite." (more accurately, this intense radiation will be spread evenly and the 5G devices will receive it wherever they are)
"These beams of radiation will also need to be strong enough to pass through walls and human flesh such as a hand or head"
Bottom line: Intense 5G radiation will be the environmental norm for city and urban communities
(rural living is looking more attractive every day).

So ... the substitute teacher was (allegedly) making suspicious motions (or noises?) behind the desk,

I would have suspected critters that cause intense itching.
Apparent lesson (even from national politics):
What happens behind the desk does not stay behind the desk.

"A vegan diet is refraining from eating all animal products or byproducts – no meat, eggs, cheese, yogurt and sometimes gelatin.
A paleo diet is a nutritional plan that mimics how people used to eat in the Paleolithic era 2.5 million years ago."
Isn't this contradiction to evolutionary (progressive) change of diets
And that a wide variety of foods is best with no food type in excess
And all foods properly prepared ... but not overcooked, etc.
