"Say goodbye to refined sugar and flour except on rare occasions.
Fats other than olive oil, such as butter, are consumed rarely, if at all.
Meat can make a rare appearance, usually only to flavor a dish."

Who knew?! There's a subtle grammar lesson ...
"Fish" is plural or singular, depending on the verb:
1. "Fish are a staple." and 2. "Fish is a staple."
are both correct but with nuanced meanings:
1. "Fish", the types of aquatic animals that have gills and swim.
2. "Fish", the type of food that is (are

) aquatic animals that swim.

So, which of these is correct?
I know I'll be healthy if all I eat are fish
I know I'll be healthy if all I eat is fish

Apparently ...
Neither, if nutrition statements
Both, if grammar statements

I know I'll need more protein today ...
But in my home, "Eggs is a staple." (or "Eggs are a staple."?)
Dunno

I'll eat one of each to be certain.
