A "comfort food" recipe with appealing synergy of the two main ingredients
(Ranch Style Beans and Spinach Soufflé). Substitutions are possible but the
flavors and textures of these brands are ideal!

15oz can Ranch Style Beans
12oz pkg Stouffer's Spinach Soufflé (frozen)
1 lg sweet onion, chopped
2 tbsp virgin olive oil
3 tbsp water

Thaw Spinach Soufflé in microwave on medium power (about 5 min.).
In a medium sauce pan, sauté chopped onion in olive oil;
stir in water when onion is translucent.
Spread Ranch Style beans on top, then spoon on Spinach Soufflé.
Cover pan; simmer until ingredients are heated (do not stir).
Serve from the sauce pan or ladle into a serving dish,
keeping Spinach Soufflé on top.
Serve with hot cornbread or over just-cooked rice.
Tips:
1) If desired, top with shredded cheddar cheese.
2) Instead of microwaving, thaw Spinach Soufflé in the refrigerator a few days before using.
3) For better presentation, spread sauteéd onions on the bottom of a lightly oiled baking dish,
spread beans on top, then spoon on Spinach Soufflé; cover baking dish and finish cooking
in a preheated oven (about 35 min. at 325F degrees).
