This was tricky for me in the beginning...first I had to breath around the fits of laughter as I could imagine what I must look like...second I found myself breathing first one side and then the other, unintentionally not doing the maneuverer quite as suggested the first part of the 5 minutes. I then began doing it right for the last half. I do feel a bit clearer I think.

level/balanced too... no stress left as well. So it was a success and something I will try to remember to do frequently and regularly. In the time it takes to have a cup of coffee we can do a helpful thing for our bodies. Thanks Welles.
