What is The Nordan Symposia?

It is almost impossible to navigate this Wiki collection and the definition is sufficiently obscure that The Nordan Symposia and the associated The Daynal Scriptorium remain completely opaque to me. However they do have a collection of 2,500 or so of the 11:11 Progress Group messages. Who are they?

Hi Welles,
I was just last week thoroughly confused when I too tried to navigate these pages looking for authentic Teaching Mission Archived transmits on the Celestial known as Sananda (The Scribe of Damascus also known as Jesus's personalized TA)

Daynal Institute is the "baby" of a man named Rob Davis who is archiving all the transmits from groups surrounding and associated with the Urantia Teaching Mission. There is an archive of these messages that was begun years ago by Rob Besser to protect and keep safe these works for future generations.... But much to the dismay of the members he has mostly taken over all their archived work. Demonstrating one of the problems of allowing one person to hold the keys to such priceless material. Many of them disagreed with his version of the Monjoronson mission and were loud enough that in a prime example of a man with an ego run amok, he has recently channelled messages stating that there will be a new Teaching Mission with the old and current one being defunct. Yep, it is right there in a big bold smelly transmit for all the world to see if you visit the archives. It is very sad... truly sad, as these people... persons such as the late Gerdean Bowen gave all that they had, their entire lives to this mission and he is stomping all over it with his dirty boot prints! (LOL I just got a 111 when I looked at the clock) There I said it and I don't regret it! I understand now why Gerdean was so angry with him... He is ruining everything they worked so hard for!

Anyway, Rob has a brilliant IQ and is trying to preserve everything and do so accurately. I must try again to find what I am looking for there... Because when I initially began my search at TM Transcripts to reach archived older transmits I repeatedly got an error message. Hopefully, it was just a fluke or a minor problem but either way, I am relieved to know that Rob is there diligently setting the transmits to "additional slate" because who knows what will eventually come of the once dependable Teaching Mission archives.

Ahhh ha! I found what I was looking for...I simply used the search engine. Obviously I didn't give it much of my "all" the first time. It listed the transmits in order oldest to most recent. I read some of G's I have never read before.... cool!

Thanks, Sandy. I'm bookmarking that site for future reference and study. I got there by following a link from another site. It presented the link to a TR about how the difficulties on this world were going to be resolved and I was rivited because it struck a resonant chord in my system of belief possibilities. (Believing in possibilities is even looser than normal beliefs which I never quite believe anyway. )

Any how this was the TR from Leonette. I can't say yea or nay but have a strong maybe with a bushel of hope. You see I've believed for quite some time that Divine intervention was the only solution to this earth's woes. That goes hand in hand with the knowledge that the finality of such action would be postponed as long as possible to provide the greatest opportunity for people to awaken to their spiritual natures.

Oh gee... I couldn't disagree more. But there you have it, we are all individuals who are allowed to think for ourselves. I just wrote this... about that transmit on a site on 11:11 Correcting time site on FB.

"Perhaps some people are right and maybe none of us can solve these problems. It is probably a given that none of us will be able to do so on our own and definitely not in our short lifetime. But I, for one, don’t feel like rolling over and giving up! I will not allow our greatest weapon to be set idly aside without a few words in opposition. My Teacher told me years ago that Love can change things that seem changeless... and frankly I will trust his simple guidance over that of any messages designed to highlight our weakness. I mean think about it... does a commander tell the troops just before battle that they are likely to fail so they might as well sit back and hope to be rescued? It doesn’t make sense from a human point of few so how can it make sense from a celestial perspective.

I am always leery of channelled prediction messages of the ones posted as time and time again such predicted events NEVER come true. I am leery of channels who change the very basic facts of eon tested universe policy as are recited to us in the Urantia book... and those who change the very nature and being of Celestials. These message are just a few examples of a long stream of such messages designed rob us of our God Given strengths...our confidence, our faith that with God anything is possible.

I suspect there are many people on this planet who would disagree with that statement. I am assuming that the author did not live in Europe during World War II. My husband did and as a young child in the tiny Netherlands where thousands upon thousands of people alone starved to death as the German forces moved them into the center of the country where there was no food. He remembers when the house next door, holding five families, was accidently blown up by friendly fire and subsequently finding the fingers of the little baby living there and the body of the mother, what was left of her anyway, hanging from the tree. He remembers the awful howls and shrieks of dismay when the father returned to see what had happened to his family. He remembers the Jewish lady, “Mrs. de G”, hiding in the walls of their exile house and his Father wrestling with words with the family heads in support of keeping her there despite the horrible cost should she be discovered. He remembers thinking that he was dying when he no longer felt the pain in his stomach as the war ended and there was just a little food again.
And those are just a few of one man’s memories.
Here are the horrible statistics, rivalling, at the very least, the anarchy we witness now... and every one of those deaths represents memories and horrors much like and even worse then my George’s.

Our predecessors didn’t drop the ball...somehow they kept it together and they fought on, each in their own way for the world we live in today, a terribly imperfect world but one that has grown and matured just a little since those long ago days. We have made a smidgeon of progress in human rights, at least in some countries... and yes, we have a long way to go... a real tough work in progress. We also have come a long way environmentally in some ways. Shoot, as a kid in the sixties I remember when all the rivers were open cess pools with industry pumping all their discharge directly in to the water. I remember Lake Erie being called a dead lake, even catching fire and the soot in the air so strong that at times you couldn’t breath. But yes, we do have a very long way to go. We have politicians today who are less then “community minded” ...but hasn’t that always been the case?... and how were the big political machines brought down in the past? It isn’t an impossible task and there are some well equipped to do just that! But none of these few things mentioned will come about if we all lie down and roll over. Should we give up and look to “the skies” solely for our rescue? Dang it! This is our time! Are we going to drop the Correcting Time ball before even 30 years has come to pass? (Measured by the Lucifer Adjudication in 1984 or was it 1985 and the subsequent beginning of Urantia coming back into the folds of universe circuits as recited to us by the early Teaching Mission Teachers)

It isn’t hopeless and each of us, regardless of age, or culture or persuasion has a “no fail ace” up our sleeves. That ace is LOVE... unconditional Love just as our Master Jesus demonstrated during his awesome bestowal on earth!... And that, dear friends, is where we need to place all our efforts. Love, Love and more Love... (Just remember what Love accomplished through Mother Teresa.) It is the only thing in the end with lasting value... the only thing that will make permanent changes on this planet. There are always avenues of progress, and for all we know, a little child will be born somewhere with all the possibilities the Universe can bestow in her skill “toolbox” Who knows, maybe that child is already here. Maybe that “child” is YOU!

Our world is made of “strong universe stuff” and I am talking about the planet now, our beautiful Urantia who revels and sustains and grows herself in our love, and in our progressive lessons, our experiences. If we really want to help her, shouldn’t we be out there promoting healing in all ways? If we can do that and live, progress and grow in love and spiritual communion, even just a little, isn’t that in and of itself getting ready for the return of Christ Michael?"

Well anyway that's my take on it anyway... each of us entitled to what we want to believe about any number of things. LOL
