Hey Roxie,
Glad I could make you smile. You know I used to be the headstand Queen. maybe I should start with that...But if I can damage my shoulder with one mere attempt can you imagine what I could do for my neck!
"Challenge Fear!" I hear you... at least I will challenge my unreasonable fears. LOL Sort of a cop out but I am not ready for jumping off of cliffs mountains or even standing too close to the edge of a look out. My view from the back will serve me well. LOL
Loved this...
ME = Mother Earth
. I understand and feel something similar. I feel rejuvenated when I am attuned to nature and Mother Earth.
Kimmie, I had a chuckle myself picturing us living next door to each other...Oh my goodness that would be grand! And probably you are right some of our work would go right out the window...of course on the up side we would have each other to share some of the work.
Between you and Roxie, I am getting the urge to drag out my "Avon Yoga cards" again.
Okay they may not be perfect but they are better then nothing, right?
You are going to think I am crazy, but I used to love shovelling snow! It does make for a lovely work out! (As long as you do it properly and scoot the snow when you can and lift with the ole legs.) I used to finish our drive and then head over to the neighbours for a sidewalk clearing.
Then I'd hit the mail box areas. Life is good!
I enjoyed it the most when the snow was still falling...There's just something precious about being outside during a snowfall. It's like being part of a snow globe.
Yep, as Petra would say, "I am a "nutter"!
You snow bunnies have a good week!
xxSandy
