Yep, I woke up and heard George's voice in the next room...and yet, there he was beside me. As I got up and walked into the living room all at once I heard the player button click off and the transmit with George's voice stop. 
To this day I am not sure why they did this but it did have a profound effect on me, for a few hours at least. 
But as this article pointed out, it can't be proven... the proof is subjective and it is there for the individuals experiencing it. You are inwardly and undeniably moved and you know without a shadow of a doubt that it is oh so much more.
