It all DISAPPEARED... just like that?

I've been seeing 11:11 prompts for over two years now and with my gratification towards spirituality and the seeking of truth, the prompts has intensified over time. Not sure this is related, but I attended a dessert event this year, at which I was prompted with 11:11 upon entering the gates, and a few days later had my first out of body experience in the temple at that event. It was an extraordinary, yet humbling experience.

It is worth noting that all the prompts I received were not at all subtle. Aside from the usual time on the clock, I receive prompts over e-mail postmarks, stumbled upon/coincidental web pages, streaming movies, people's birthdays, phone calls, airplane 'time to destination' and even the analog clock at a barbershop in India! I also realize the prompts always happen when I'm 'connected in spirit' or 'high on life'.

I spent 11/11/11 in India. At first, I didn't consciously plan on being there at that date. It all just happen and things sort of fall into place. Not to mention, the ashram I intended to stay was hosting a 11/11/11 kundalini yoga and music festival - what a coincidence. Not expecting any life-transforming event to take place on that day, I went on with my days 'business', semi-consciously aware of the actual date. Yoga, some exploring in next town nearby, music performance, shopping, making new friends and catching up with the old, getting a massage etc. I also did notice how beautiful the full moon was that night and how peaceful and calm the night was. I really took all the serenity in and was grateful for all that I have experienced.

And strangely (or not), after 11/11/11 I've not seen much of the prompts. In fact, since then, I've only been prompted once - compared to sometimes 6-7 times in a span of a few days prior to 11/11/11. Not that it bothers me extensively, but it got me curious. Anyone had similar experience? What does this mean?

So do you think it is a sign that you are not receiving prompts anymore?

I can't relate. I receive prompts all the time.

How was your first OOBE?
Where did you go and what did you do?

Welcome. Well it sure proves YOU aren't doing this, and perhaps its an extreme case of Stage Two, where generally they just change to a different number.

Hi Blitzy welcome! I am still having many prompts as well since that lovely "numerical day". I'm not sure why the prompts have slowed down or seem non existent right now for you but have seen periods like this before in other people's experience. I am glad to hear that you aren't bothered by this or feel left out of the loop because you are not. In retrospect there have been times when I have seen less prompts... There have been times the Midwayer's services are needed elsewhere as with minor and major crisis in the world. Our Celestial friends" wear "many hats" and have a long list of job descriptions as they give to the world what they are allowed in help both physically as well as spiritually.

You sound like you are in a good and peaceful place within...I enjoyed your description of how you spent your 11/11/11 and look forward to the details of that OBE and other thoughts and experiences you feel prompted to share. It is nice to meet you.

Thanks for your replies and greetings once again. I'm not sure what the lack of prompts mean and don't try to decipher it too much, although I have to admit, I'm quite aware of it. Having said that, I do get 'dry spells' in the past only to be surprised when it reappears again in throngs
My OBE has been truly magical. If you haven't already guessed, I was at Burning Man when it happened. I exited to become this meteor-like bright light and looked back at my body lying on the ground of the temple, where I decided to take a rest. It was a dear experience as I was escorted by my late grandma to visit her world. She was this bright light too, only pink-purplish in color. We had to travel through this dark space for awhile and once we got there, the beauty of it is beyond description. I find it hard to elaborate my experience handicapped by choice of words, but hopefully that gives you some idea

RE: your grandmother's color, pink/purple, I read somewhere long ago that the "light" you're supposed to go to when you pass is violet in color as opposed to bright white. Wonder if that reinforces what I read. Anyone else have insight on this?

As all "light" in the spirit realms is self-generated, its colour will reflect who you are. Both your level of advancement, (intensity) and your interests (colours). For example, as a seeker after Truth, I expect to have some pink and blue:

Directly we see your dress the blending of pink and blue - we know that you have a desire to learn the truth and an open mind to receive it, since blue denotes truth and pink charity. There are other indications that at present you would not be able to understand, which tell of your search after truth, and disappointment in the past, therefore whoever sees you will be anxious to afford all available assistance in rectifying past failures. This is why you are invited to travel, that you may satisfy your thirst for truth by seeing it as it is.”

Huh....I hadn't thought about that pink pagoda in a while. I'm going to have to ponder that for a bit. If I recall that pink pagoda was accompanied by a vision of the "usual crew" that I have at my Christmas party, but there were a few missing. Suddenly I have a "vibe" about that image that I didn't have when I experienced it. Well...I guess I have a topic for meditation today, don't I!

Nevermind. It all CAME BACK... just like that I was out for dinner with friends and we were settling the bill. It was an awesome vegan restaurant. We agreed on a total sum that included tip and I paid using my credit card. To my surprise, the tip worked out to be exactly $11.11!
