Hi guys...I am glad i found this forum...
Here is my experience...
It all started few months ago when i bought a new laptop...Or may be i never noticed it before because i dont use digital gadgets..
So after buying pc...I started using it to watch videos from video lan player(vlc)
But i was suprised to see that videos were stopping at 13:13 20:20 19:19 and other pairs of digits...
First i thought its a coincidence but they are happening often now....I can notice it in once in a while
so ultimately what does it mean...?
What they want to say...?

Welcome.
Its about recognising that we are not alone, and that we need to get this planet pointed in the right direction. Even little things help. I spend an hour a day walking the beach, and it saddens me how people pollute it. Come for a party and leave all the junk. One group obviously went to the supermarket, bought a chicken, packet of plates and a packet of napkins. Then when finished, left all those there, careless of what the wind might do, never mind all the chicken bones.

Hello Aditya,
I love Geoff's reply to you because that is the prompt meanings in a "nutshell". Some people are destined to do great and noble things to improve our worlds circumstances and yet who can say the importance of the little things each of us do every day to improve life around us. We are all important, we are all making those changes and we all can influence others as Geoff did George and I with his beach maintenance. When we enjoyed an afternoon on the beach this week, we didn't leave empty handed. Instead of the handfull of shells we usually bring home with us( I have buckets of these at home already
) this time we loaded up on waste bottles and cans. Remnants of someone's beach outing. 
The beings who are contacting us with the number prompts share this world with us and have for thousands of years. They have watched humans make many mistakes during this lengthy time but they also see the good inherent in each one of us and view us as their own kin. So their desire to help us is genuine and comes from very loving hearts. When we are ready and feel comfortable, they wish to go beyond the prompts and further comunication with us. This happens through some type of inner quiet derived from meditation and stillness exercises.
