Three in three minutes

So I am home sick from work with the sloppies and finally, once I finished off the second box of tissues, say out loud: "I am so glad you are here with me, but I won't ask for healing... I can overcome the crud on my own when I help my body along. But I am so glad you are here helping me through it." And I just meditated on that a while.
When I got up to cook, I set the oven timer, and a moment later my eye fell upon 47:47 as it counted down. I glanced at the coffee maker: 3:33.... and again, the timer: 44:44. Never alone. I am never going to be alone. I have never been alone, and there is no such thing. Just wanted to share my moment... let my little light shine! Peace
