A NEW TWIST

After weeks of intense prompts, including time, bus numbers etc, I finally got a "biggie" today. In addition to the daily "routine" prompts, I was thrilled to realize this morning that today, Thanksgiving Day, I finally reached my weight loss goal. I had weight loss surgery ...you guessed it, 11 months and 11 days ago! Aside from being the biggest "food" day, it is more importantly one of gratitude. I was delighted and surprised that today was the day I reached that 'number.' But it wasn't until tonight that I stopped to look at the calendar and realize...11mo, 11 days! Talk about a HUGE message. Suddenly I'm feeling more at peace about the fears of regaining the weight. I feel that I am being spiritually supported in my goal! And my gratitude is worthy of its own holiday :bana:
