I uploaded the CD to my iTunes so when I want to meditate I just use my computer. After meditating today I had a feeling to check what time I had ended... this is not something I usually do. BUT, I did anyway and there it was. Last played 8/30/09 at 3:33 P.M. :happy

Hi Sleepyhead,

I love it when that happens! More often then not, "someone" is prompting me as I leave. my AC 8) Makes you feel like a million smiles afterwards, huh? :D
