Just sit, child, and let the sanctity of this holy moment saturate every cell of your being, and let it be nourished by this.
Allow the flow of My gentle energy bathe, comfort, and strengthen you, so you may go forth to your daily duties, secure in My Companionship.
Life is precious and becomes even more so when this knowledge truly filters into the consciousness of the human being. Think of this!
How are you going to fill your day? With pre-conceived plans and duties?
There can always be time in your life when you can allow some time for the unexpected, to make room to be in present centered awareness, rather than being pre-occupied with things to do. Make room for some time of playfulness.
Expect the unexpected, for the flow of universal energy contains many surprises with its possibilities and probabilities. Everything is allowed. Do not chastise yourself over past happenings.
Call your spirit home in the here and now and have a playful day.
