11:11 Promts, what do they mean. Scared!

Hey all,

I'm 15 years old and I've experrenced these 11:11 promps quiet a lot. I know there directed at me because this happens a lot when I'm home alone.
However, our microwave keeps beeping, it starts off slow then gets faster and I can see the buttons getting pressed in. I've even turned the microwave off and then I see 11:11 written over the walls. I can't have a clock to wake myself up in the morning because it always waks me up at 11:11 at night.

What's going om?
