Its possible to manifest things, they appear in your hand or wherever you direct them. Quite a few Indian Masters do this, and they can manifest almost anything. But not a human being. Cause that has a soul, that God provides.
So I would interpret when things happen as you wish, that the universe is working to bring about your desires. I don't call that manifesting, because they already existed, and simply came across your path.
