Take your centering and grounding very seriously, as these represent the Holy Instant in present centered awareness -- that total attention, which provides the connection.
BE MINDFUL,
Then you feel supported.
TRUST,
Only trust that IT IS SO.
Go into the knowing,
BE, LET ME,
That is all. However, it is everything.
Think and feel, and be joyful.
