Hi Laura,
My birthday is in two days......Lol I'm glad it's not in dog or cat years......

The bird seed on the floor will keep me housekeeping more regularly, so it's a positive......depends on how you look at it....haha
Gypsie must be excited and proud of young Billy being in the show. He probably takes after her. It's a wonderful opportunity.....
I hope your job comes up and you get what you want, Laura.
I've just finished lunch, made a nice chicken and vegetable soup with lentils and soba noodles... it was very nice...I always seem to talk about food...well I am a Taurean, we love cooking and eating.....well sometimes.

Yes,those young men who helped this boy out,they have come along way with this.Its advertized on TV,in the media....hope it spreads! We all know bullys are not happy with themselves,they need to be helped ,but as well,they need to be taught this behavior will not be tolerated.

Hello everyone,

Memawlaura, I've been thinking of you and wondering how it was going. I am happy to hear that even though your sister is still a little out of sorts that you are still handling it lovingly and peacefully. Do you have any clue what specifically is causing this unusual behavior?

Tai Chi sounds like fun but I am afraid I have never been much of a dancer. (Three left feet.) Our landlord and his wife are into rock 'n' roll dancing. Not long ago they came over for a cup of coffee and my "wonderful husband" told Bill that I wanted tto learn how to dance. I was mortified and shocked!

But couldn't figure a way out of it and the next thing I know there I am on the kitchen floor trying to keep up with these crazy dance steps. Every one was offering encouragement..."Move your left foot forward!... no your other foot! ...No, No over there!" I felt like I was playing a game of twister that seemed to go on forever! No thanks! I admire good dancers but I much prefer being a wall flower. (Definitely not the life of the party, huh?

)

I am praying that you find the perfect job. If it doesn't turn out to be this one I am sure that something better will turn up.
I don't have any idea what is going on with those noisy birds in your area... how very strange... Could it have been a large flock of migrating birds settling in for the night? We have some large flocks of parrots here that have favorite trees to roost in at night. They make an enormous amount of noise as they fight for roosting spots.

I am so happy that Mathew has this opportunity, Heather. I will keep those prayers coming. I've been meaning to tell you that I sure love where you live. I have been admiring the pictures looking out over your yard that you posted on another thread. I can almost smell those wonderful trees. It looks so quiet and peaceful....

Lilly, unfortunately seeds on the floor sort of go along with those pet birds don't they? ... I betcha I sweep about five times a day.

They make cage skirts that go around the bottom of the cage to help keep seeds in the cage but they are only partially successful. I have seen Lacey purposely throw things out just to spite me. She's been sort of quiet today. I think we had her up too late again last night. Poor little vicious thing!

I am so sorry that you and Manny are still having to deal with bullies.

Just a few more days and you all can leave them behind. Please remember sweetie that Christ Michael, your angels and most especially God are with you always. Did you know that in the Urantia Book it says that Jesus too had to deal with a bullies when he was young? (page1368 last paragraph. Maybe Mamma will read it with you.)

I bet your Mama is very proud of the way you take care of her. Do you like English Breakfast tea? I think that is my favorite... so far anyway.

Hey Guys, Thals asked if she could join in much more on the MB and I said: "What? A week before we don't have a computer?"

She's becoming more in tune with her Angels, that's why. So's Mathilda. She's very in tune with nature, I like to think Mother Nebadonia is communicating with her. I'm not one to eavesdrop, but on our Spring walk (more like a hike up and down cliffs) she was chatting with saplings, and trees and some of the sentences were

wooah! Where's a pencil and note book when you need it!!
Manny, the little tike, prefers a good stick fight, or introducing a bunch of red ants with a whole bunch of black ants! The girls are forever telling him off for that! I dunno, suppose it's normal? A boy thing?

Lily, I'll be here still on the 30th! Hmm, I wonder who'll announce it? I'll remember it, so it might be me?

Laura, I was just writing about my son having self-defense lessons. As I hear they teach Tai Chi before each lesson in most classes. I did a bit of Tai Chi in Wales...kept falling over onto the mat though, distracting the whole class with laughter

I could just picture you Sandy bopping about in your kitchen. I don't wanna brag or anything, (but I'm gonna) I used to dance! Was real good at it too. Wallflower? Naaah! I'd be like: "out of my way, check out my bad-self!" (I know, awful eh?) right in the centre of the dance floor too! Now that my chest has doubled in size, dancing would look ridiculously hilarious, so I'm with you now Sandy, two wallflowers! Tried country dancing for a while and loved it!

Thank you for being gentle and your thoughtful responses to my girls everyOne! They don't half get excited when somebody answers them!

Hi Gypsie,,,,and Aqua Deb,,,,,you're letters are wonderful,,,glad to hear things are going well with both of you....

sorry I haven't been here much,,,,just caught up in other things,,,,everytime I came to the board,,,,something else would happen...

and I also had a day of.....just not feeling like I was even here...

I've been fighting with 'change',,,,yeah,,,,imagine that,,,,and I discovered it in the funniest way....

The new computer we got has this new operating system called Vista,,,and the other one and the lap top are on XP....

well the Vista has the latest edition of Office and it was so different, I just kept trying it, and not liking it,,,and going back to the XP,,,,well,,,just making problems for myself of course.....I truly didn't understand how the wireless connection worked......I was worrying about how to get my files off the laptop,,,,without deleting them from the mainframe...

Duh,,,,and I mean really DUH!!!!!

so Allan and I were on the computer upstairs and the conversation rolled around to the new Office program,,,,,and I'm crankin on about it,,,not liking it.....(for once he's remaining calm),,,,I'm getting more upset,,,
(yeah I hear you all,,,,breathe Lynn, breathe)....

so I said, I'm going out to the hot tub....and went out to soak, and breathe,,,,and get reconnected.......and as I sat there,,,I remembered when the 'old' word program was updated,,,,probably when we upgraded it was 5 yrs ago....and I remembered I had to 're-learn' and I did...
so I gave thanks for remembering,,,,,and came back in.....in a new frame of mind.....

then I tackled the 'opening of my mind' to what I thought was a problem with my files all on this laptop ,,,,,as I said DUH!!!!! it just doesn't work that way....... when the wireless connection is dis-connected,,,,the files aren't here on the lap top......never have been,,,,,I only access them from the main computer upstairs...

So now,,,,well, get the new Office program,,,,install it on all three computers......and let the learnin begin !!!!

my biggest blessing is,,,,it of course doesn't affect my being able to come here (except for the time it will take Allan to upgrade the 3 computers)...

so I'm saying

to everyone,,,,,

including you Memaw

that was funny!!!!

what everyone else doesn't know is that we had just spent an hr burnin up the phone wires !!!!

I went to a lovely meditation last night......we all had a nice herbal tea before and after.....it was specifically for healing with the Ascended Masters. I received a major healing shift in my heart....it was very personal.

I believe its quite a few things, one being bad feelings between her husband and son-in-law for some time now. I believe this last couple days the fences may have began their mending. The other is taxes and who would not be upset if it was not kept up. I have noticed her dissatisfaction with traveling for work with her husband, but we must do what we can to survive. They could not earn the $$ here they do traveling to the areas with work. Hopefully, she will ask me to read "A New Earth" so she can ID some of her own behavior and be happy with this moment in life.

I found that a good analysis about the birds. As you know from PP posts winter has really not fully rescinded

. The weather was more spring like and that we be a very reasonable explanation. My husband's explanation was quite moving, he said they called us outside to listen to their voices

he's really growing spiritually and its a welcome relief. The other day I called and he told me he was listening to meditation music

I guess its time to introduce him to George's AC.

You would do great at Thai Chi because its graceful and very balanced. There would be no real problems with three feet, just beautiful flowing graceful moves. I'm a bull in a china closet, so I could use some grace. When I have a little extra $$ I will go buy a dvd and let you know how its going. This year I need to work on my health and that will be a great start. I have been discovering many foods to let go of because they like to cause IBS

and thats not comfortable to have you know. The weather is turning gorgious so I will need to plan some outdoor excursions and get some excercise.

Which bird bites at your toes? It sounds like you should train it to clip your toenails, they are always the hardest area to reach

I applied for another job today for one of those pet stores, I believe that I would love being around people and their pets. I have not heard back from the other job but it will be another two weeks.

Hi Laura!

I was thrilled to hear what your husband told you about the birds! That was such a beautiful sensitive thing to say! It must make you so happy to be able to talk to him about spiritual things.

To tell you the truth, I do not have a graceful bone in my body even though my parents did try to teach me some "ladylike moves." They had me in ballet for a couple of years. (I was five and six years old, I think) Got to be a chubby little red flower in our Christmas recital.."The Nutcracker Suite".... and the good news ...my parents saved it for posterity on old 8mm home movies!

My kids loved it!! (over and over again!

That would be Lacey. She is lets see...almost six months old and very curious about everything. I like that idea!...A toenail trimming parrot! My belly of late seems to keep getting in the way of those toes... Must be all that salad I'm eating.

What a great day I've had.......and tonight my niece came over and we had lebanese food......with a glass or two of Brown Bros Merlot, Geoff, Lol
Beautiful flowers and presents, I'm very lucky...As we were sat eating a huge huntsman spider crawled on my lap.....

I screamed and then caught him in a glass and put him in the garden...my partner and niece were more shocked than me. It was huge.....that wasn't on the menu.....

Hey Lilly, sounds like you had a lovely day, apart from the spider incident. I take it it's a poisonous one? Today whilst scrubbing the ground floors, a huuuge spider crawled out of a wooden crack and I almost swooned!
My daughter Thalia can't understand why. She's dying to come on the MB to tell you all something.
Hey Sandy, my Uncle Bill was a real film nut and he filmed everything. One summer he came to stay with us, bringing his whole kit with him. It was his first visit to Germany and his films are very good, not at all boring. There was masses of film, all on 8mm, but now converted onto VHS tapes. He sent me one and I cried and cried my heart out. There am I, aged 3, cute as a button! Hanging out of the train window, before my trendy gorgeous mum noticed and heaved me back in! I never realized what a corker she was. Suede jacket, pencil skirt and brown boots. Uncle Bill liked filming her. Then pan out to the rest of us, and my dad!

There was other snippets of us and lots of mum and dad.
I've lost that tape. Never mind.

Hello,

I was talking to a lady at Matthew's home,they are still in the progess of getting things started. Video tapping him and helping the other workers in the home to learn and understand ABA therapy. Other wise he is doing well and is happy. They were on a ferry ride yesterday,he must have loved that.

Speaking of dancing,I could never do ballet! I am so heavy and sporty,I did do a lil bit of irish dancing,that wasn't so bad,because you can do alot of stomping! lol

I don;t mind spiders,but if I had one of those fellas crawl on me,I would have been doing the heebie jeebie dance. June bugs...sighhh..will be out soon,

About the only bug that gets to me! Bleck! I'll be wearing hoods at night!
