Communicating with the angels

I now understand why I was chosen. I would like a friend to talk to every once in a while. So I would like my angel to communicate with me through mediation. But one problem, I have never communicated with them before, How am I supposed to do so? Any tips? what questions should I ask? Do they have names?

Dear Piano,

They do have names, and will likely share a name with you. Typically they have to come up with something we can handle, however. For meditation find a quiet place, when you are not tired, and sit in silemnce, listening. The trick is to try to quieten the mind, so you are not thinking about anything. But its often better to not fight the mind, but sort of ignore it.
