Waking Up in Heaven — by Karen Larsen
Waking up in heaven above,
resurrection day surrounded by love.
What more could one imagine to find,
All the loved ones we’d lost in time.
How many miracles will there be?
Endless worlds through eternity.
My own angels will greet me then
as I begin my journey where this one ends.
What will it look like when I arrive?
a new adventure, a glorious ride.
Ascending through time and infinite space,
the journey continues; there is no race.
Each on a path to paradise and beyond,
to an eternal career that is never done.
Infinite and eternal spirits are we
into the Supreme shall it be.
