“The Peace of Wild Things” by Wendell Berry

Post any poetry here. It's just too hard to define "inspired" in this context, so we will settle for that which inspires.

Welles,
I woke up in the middle of the night, 3:13am to be precise, and I couldn't sleep as the worries of the world and my own personal circumstances weighed heavily on me. This poem...it is like it is written just for such a moment and I know I will trudge out to the lake and sit for a time and rest and heal. Thank you for sharing this poetic medicine.

With love,
Sandy

Welles,
I guess this poem shows up for us right when we need it! Thank you so much for finding and sharing these pearly gems.
