Today Is My Birthday

Today is my birthday!
If I could have one wish, one thought
… one gift.

It would be that everyone felt loved.
For one day,
there was no pain, or worry.

It is my wish,
to meet a friend's new baby,
to hear my daughter sing!

Today we will DANCE,
be silly for an hour or two,
granddaughters will grin, and giggle.

Already been to The River,
daylight yet to come,
heart swelled to bursting, waiting for the sun.

Today is my birthday!

This just opened up the heart's flood gates... What a beautiful soul you are and I pray with all my heart that your birthday wish comes true.

Good morning all!
For the most part I don't tell others about my birthday. This year I was feeling so grateful for the true blessings in my life, I wanted to share. My day began with a beautiful meditation and continued on with one wonderful thing happening after another! And it was filled with one coincidence after another, I was getting dizzy! Can't remember the last time I didn't have to work on my birthday. When I thought my heart couldn't hold anymore, my family surprised me with a party!... it's not an easy feat to surprise me.

Maybe there was something about it being Friday the 13th and a full moon? Indeed it was a brilliant moon! Today the sun is shining, wind blowing through the trees. Once again it is my heart felt wish that everyone could embrace and be embraced by that warm spark of love inside them!

Trust me I'm no poet, Kim. LOL Besides "Today is my Birthday" certainly is as inspiring today as it was the day you posted...But if it makes you feel any better I will see what I can do...won't be mine though...
