The Gift of New Eyes — by Rachel Naomi Remen

Post any poetry here. It's just too hard to define "inspired" in this context, so we will settle for that which inspires.

The Gift of New Eyes — by Rachel Naomi Remen

This is a very short story of a moment of enlightenment that centers around a bit of poetry. Here's the poetry...

I had a dream
That honeybees were making honey in my heart
Out of my old failures.
There is no right or wrong
Beyond the right and the wrong
There is a field.
I’ll meet you there.

Here's the story...
