Bestowals Celebration

Post by Amigoo »

:sunny: Here's a holiday event that easily coordinates with the Christmas season:

Beginning on December 1st, reserve time to reflect on the seven bestowals
of Michael, our universe's Master Son. These moments of reflection prepare
us for the Christmas holidays and help soften often intense commercialism.

 A Metal Spiral Candleholder is ideal symbolism for this since the 8 stair-steps
can be used for votive candles (wax or electric). And colored candles or votives
can be used, with the 8th light (white, on top) reserved for Master Son symbolism
(Michael's bestowals completion).

:colors: Suggested order of illumination downward, beginning with second step:
(the visible spectrum) violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, red.
The white candle (or light) on top is illuminated last.

:study: Suggested reading to celebrate The Bestowals of Christ Michael:

The theme of this geometry design complements
the "new story" and is now the cover page.

 The red lines highlight the foundational
Pythagorean triangles but also provide
fortuitous symbolism for a lamppost.

 "Who can tell?"

After illuminating the 6th candle of my candelabra (used for a personal Bestowals reflection; first 7 days of December), I contemplated the inspired "VoSoTaS" (acronym for the most recent geometry design; see Paradise Trinity Day topic in Current Events). This acronym, apparently, is also a surname perhaps derived from the earliest days of Greek orthodoxy ... and this association perhaps alluding to the final sentence below.

That "VoSoTaS" of Greek origin might be associated with the geometry of a similar name (a study of squared circles, the Greek geometry challenge from antiquity) is quite fascinating! "Who can tell?" 8)

 Re: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek_Orthodox_Church

"The origins of the Greek Orthodox Church can be traced back to the churches which the Apostles founded in the Balkans and the Middle East during the first century A.D., and it maintains many traditions practiced in the ancient Church. Greek Orthodox Churches, unlike the Catholic Church, have no Bishopric head, such as a Pope, and hold the belief that Christ is the head of the Church."

 Re: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_Orthodox_Church

"The Eastern Orthodox Church is one of the oldest religious institutions in the world, teaching that it is the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church established by Jesus Christ in his Great Commission to the apostles, and practicing what it understands to be the original faith passed down from the Apostles."

 Re: http://www.answers.com/Q/What_is_Greek_Orthodox

"The Orthodox Church has no nationality, and is open to persons of every ethnic and national background." ;)

I have some good friends who hail from the Greek Orthodox Church. Lovely and gentle they are. :D
Thanks Welles. I would like to know more and will book mark these references to read a bit later.

Re: https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/88120 ... n-the-word

“secularisation and modern life will continue to launder the church” :(

 This traditional holiday can be expressed with English and Spanish:
Christ! Más! (rampant commercialism)

Re: http://board.1111angels.com/viewtopic.p ... 46#p186675

Just 3 days away from the December 1st beginning for this "tradition"
(now, more in spirit than large-group participation). But this yearly focus
seems to temper the ever-increasing commercialism of Christmas. 8)

:flower: Candelabra: http://www.aitnaru.org/homepage/paradiseascent.html
assembled from an 8-tier votive candle holder, colored glass votive holders,
and led battery-powered candles (all purchased separately online).
This should make a good sales item for an entrepreneur! ;)

 This morning's paper and its super-sized collection of advertisements for Black Friday
(aka "holidays reeking with commercialism") inspired a check on the effective antidote:
http://aitnaru.org/images/Son_of_Man_Son_of_God.pdf (see Paper 119) :roll
http://aitnaru.org/images/Son_of_Man.pdf (Introduction) 8)

... and December 1st is but minutes away! ;)

:sunny: A Christmas meditation ...

a Melchizedek, a Lanonandek Son, a Material Son,
a Trinity Teacher Son, Eventod, a morontia mortal,
Joshua ben Joseph

These unique beings did not exist until Michael's bestowal,
whereupon Michael acquired that additional identity.
And this (that "Jesus" existed only after the Urantia bestowal)
gives even greater significance to 606 of Satania :!:

And reveals that "Christmas without Jesus" is an oxymoron;
this December holiday needs to be renamed if sans Jesus. ;)
