Mike Adams (in the video) mentions alfalfa sprouts but alfalfa is not a cruciferous veggie.
However, alfalfa sprouts have their own health-boosting nutrition!
Best guess1: Consume alfalfa (and other) sprouts as well as cruciferous veggies!
Best guess2: Sprouts may have better nutrition than some vitamin/mineral supplements.
