Mapping multiple codes using Google Map

Hi,
I have always wondered if these codes follow a pattern where the same sort of code is seen by multiple people in the same area at any specific time.
So I recently decided to create a website to allow people to log the codes that they see.
The site is at http://cornwall.esy.es/1111/index.php
The site is in its starting process with multiple extras to add later like statistical graphs in terms of dates.
You can view the world map without registering by clicking on the top menu button titled 'View Map Only'.
