Although I have not had 'First Contact' as of yet I believe that my actions in this world are the reason I've gotten all the Time Prompts.

Hello everyone, the books I brought with me here are The Urantia Book and yours George! Of course! The CD's? Well isn't it obvious? I have much more time to practice too. As for peace and quiet? That's all there is here.
I bought the book The Golden Compass for the kid's too and I read them a chapter each evening. They love it!!

I read the whole series "His Dark Materials" (Golden Compass is the first one) before Christmas. It is one of the best things I have ever read. Right up there with Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter!!

Hello Jill, well, I'm on chapter 7 and they can't get enough of it. There's something very snuggly and comforting when you read a book to children. One of my few talents is being able to read out loud, accents and tones of voices etc. And once I open that book, peace rules until I close it. Then I get a barrage of questions. Manny takes it as Gospel, the little tinker!

you'll find them there....and they are awesome, I've read them twice so far and the last time kept thinking, I don't remember reading this before, at certain chapters....
they seem to get better when you read them again...

The next in the series -- <By the Grace of 11:11> needs to be chopped short in a few places before it goes out. It's just a tad bulky in my view, and a Celestial complained (insistently) about my recall of one event.
The fourth <The Anatomy of the Halfway Realm> is being edited.
The fifth <The Winged Eagle> might not even go "out there." I have some thoughts about it -- It's a sad story of a pack-rape victim and her therapist -- a tear jerker.
The sixth and seventh are mostly transmissions and stories about the Midwayers and Teachers -- both only partly written.
<The Search for 11:11> is being translated (almost finished) into Spanish to go out as a PDF. Ditto the French version, but that has only just been started.
We're still in two minds about putting the English version of <The Search for 11:11> in PDF. 3000 plus have been sold and are costing us a little money per each sale, though sales ARE going up.
If we go PDF as well on <The Search for 11:11> (IOW compete with the printed version) we might well be forced to go do something else for a living.

I must admit I am a bit old fashioned too and prefer a book when reading... but I think we may have just dated ourselves again. Sometimes I feel like a tottery old dinosaur..."Innamyadayasaurus" who is also close kin to "flabosaurus rex" I know...another bad one...
Well, 2 thousand years ago, papyrus was in vogue,,,,but it was still the written word...
Technology may take us a long way, but I think books will remain....
perhaps in another 10 yrs George might have to look at pdf's just to get the information out there,,,,but just think how valuable those printed books will be....
and lets face it, even to get into the saurus ranks, says something...
a good life lived and experienced I think....
so now, curl up with a good book ,,,, and I was going to say,,,keep warm.....then I remembered, oh yeah, you're one in the sun right now...
well, fall will soon approach and the tables will be turned....
there's buds on my lilac tree already.......hmmmmmm
