I am new to this site as well as you. I have been receiving these prompts for almost 1 year now. Mine began on 12/21 last year. I can only tell you that there is absolutely nothing to be afraid of. In the past year I have learned more about life, than I have in my 33 years of prior existance.
For me, the prompts saved my life. There's no telling where I'd be right now. I can only suggest that you embrace it. Whenever a negative thought comes to you immediately dispell it by asking for peace. You will see that you will begin to love seeing the prompts and they will begin to develop meaning for you.
