Hi Everyone,

I am soooo sorry. I have been so distracted this week and completely missed this and many other posts which I hope to catch up on as soon as I can.

Sammyjo, I can commiserate with you as I too feel a bit flat and off. Maybe it will help if we can remember that being spiritual isn't something we take on and off. it is inside us always at the ready as it isn't something we have to earn.... we don't really "do the work"... I think we just desire and make a teeny bit of time regularly. Where I fall into the cracks lately is by meditating sporadically. I decided tonight that because my life is a little nuts right now I am going to start journaling...and writing a letter to the Creator" again. It is simple and in the past has always helped me to focus and concentrate better. It doesn't have to be an hour long event... Just make some time and I suspect the divine will do the rest. Thank you for remembering my birthday which I almost forgot myself. LOL

Hi Jason, I had a lovely low key birthday. I was treated to lunch out with siblings. It was great fun all of us being together again. It has been so long. I am heading back to Ohio on Sunday. Hopefully get into a life routine that improves my peace and spiritual connection.

I hope all of you are happy and well as I write this. I think the world of all of you and count you guys as some of my great blessings...
