When I was a lot younger I loved Science Fiction. In that genre was one writer who stood out because of the heart invested in every story, Ray Bradbury. I used to love his writing even though it wasn't necessarily 'hard' science fiction. I love Stuart Perkin's writing for the same reason. His heart is invested in every one of his short stories. They are almost universally drawn from the experiences of his life. I always feel good when I finish reading one of them. That's all the intro you get. Just go and read...
