In the pursuit of Love & service our ego is often humbled by a daunting reality of not knowing how long anyone is to be in our lives- with a sincere effort we give the best we can and learn to cherish the experience.

Thank you Welles. I am so glad you relish in the wisdom too. Hazrat Inayat Khan is someone I've only discovered after hearing the word Sufi in a dream. Though I am not the greatest student, I know without a doubt he is my teacher. Peculiar that I do not get to see him in the living flesh... But Inayat Khan himself has said that people tend to get more respect only after they've passed... An interesting insight to human esteem. I also believe our separation has something to do with the ten sufi principles in recognizing that there is only One Teacher- One Ideal, One religion... This is a part of my lesson... Still, I feel so much Love and appreciation for this man that he is very much Alive.
