Hi Folks
Just recommending a fun and educational phone app called 'Train your ESP' where you guess or pre-guess a randomly selected card and then are told whether successful or not. It is good for developing psychic awareness. I found after a good meditation with my Thought Adjuster tonight I was getting the majority right. Download from Google Play for free and good luck. Regards, Dylan.

Thanks Dylan!
While G and I don't have a mobile phone (I know we are such fossils
) I have a feeling a lot of people will enjoy the app you mentioned and benefit from it.
Have a good week end!

Choose your BPM: 60 if you like to hear clock noise, 40-50 for typical sleep,
but ...
http://mashable.com/2015/04/16/beats-pe ... vgkXz_kqqt
"The sweet spot for inducing sleep is right around 60 BPM.
This tempo inspires our brains to release alpha brainwaves,
which puts our mind in a relaxed state"
... which suggests that clock noise may induce sleep!
Nevertheless, is 60 BPM a good beat for alpha-level entrainment?

Re:

This article associates 60 BPM with slow breathing, indirect inducement of the alpha level.
So, this sound of a metronome is unlike brainwave entrainment music but still helpful
in achieving that relaxed state of mind, called "alpha".
Once alpha is achieved, start the Akashic Construct CD.

Cheers Rod! I might have to try 60BPM in a music composition.
