I don't know about you but I'm really beginning to listen more than I speak (at last). Liz's list is a great reminder why. I'm going to save her points for referral. That will help make me more conscious of the goals inherent in each tip but particularly Tip #10, my favorite.

Thank you for posting this! I'm overdue having a conversation with family members, we all work together. I've avoided knowing it would probably be a confrontation and would be counter productive to attempt in that state. In my previous job we were exposed to these types of trainings on a regular basis, but I couldn't seem to tap into that advice. Tried to find my copy of the book Liz listed as a reference. Guess I needed something concrete to hold on to. I think it's interesting this article is exactly what I needed and when I needed it. Thank you again!
