Folks, it is true. Older I grow, more I love the Brazilian music. Because it can heal a soul.
Just watch and listen to this Vinicius de Moraes channel. Song after song introducing smoothness and joy into one's heart.

And recently, this song got me fully. I mean, fully. Totally.

Live version (the girls sing their part differently, I like the studio version better):
Lyrics (translated by Google):
Remember that happy time, oh how I miss ...
Ipanema was only happiness
It was as if love hurt in peace
Our famous girl did not even know
The point that the city turvaria
This river of love that was lost
Even the sadness of the people was more beautiful
And besides, if the window via
A little corner of heaven and the Redeemer
You, my friend, there is only one sure
We must end this sadness
You need to invent new love
Brazilian music - I am getting ever older... :-)

You are NOT old dear Robert! But you do have lovely taste in music. I very much appreciated this Brazilian music and I too find it smooth and soul stirring. At least, that which I could listen to quickly relaxed and mellowed me. (always a good thing)
We are low on bandwidth here with the new period coming into effect in a few days. (hopefully) I will listen to the rest when I can. Thank you for sharing your latest musical discoveries.
