"Terminations by YouTube for Service Changes: YouTube may terminate your access, or your Google account’s access to all or part of the Service if YouTube believes, in its sole discretion, that provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable."

 "Commercially viable" to YouTube, that is (e.g., you're using an ad-blocking browser to view a YouTube video).
Since every device accessing the internet has an explicit address, you cannot hide (unless your access is "anonymous"?).

:bana: "Cookies stored on your computer may be used against you." might be the legal warning.
Naturally! Cookies are always a problem for weight control and for diabetics.

"Today's Electric Car Batteries Will Be Tomorrow's E-Waste Crisis"

"EV batteries will reach the end of their useful life, at which point they need to be recycled ... most recycling revolves around using heat to melt the batteries down to slag, followed by chemical separation techniques that recover specific metals like cobalt. But these so-called pyro and hydro-metallurgical techniques are energy intensive and produce toxic gas byproducts" :(

Re: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... -gain.html

"Musk also writes that he will present 'evidence that Mr. Unsworth filed this lawsuit motivated by fame and pecuniary gain, and not because he actually suffered emotional or reputational harm."

 Interesting claim since "emotional or reputational harm" is frequent focus of such lawsuits, often difficult to prove, and probably rests upon the personal beliefs (and lifetime experiences) of the jury. And in this trial, the definition of "pedo" (as used publicly by the defendant) will be important.

I seem to recall that "pedo" was the arrow slung by the defendant after the cave diver slung a negative comment about the defendant's mini-sub for rescuing the boys.

Bottom line: The jury will be challenged to sort out the claims and counter-claims ... especially since the defendant himself, as reported by the media, seems "motivated by fame and pecuniary gain"; to wit: https://www.space.com/39777-track-elon- ... bsite.html

"Critics claim these floating hotel complexes not only pollute the environment, but also bring cities to the brink of collapse."

"The world's 300 cruise ships consume a heavy amount of petroleum, running on a byproduct of oil processing. Companies gratefully take hazardous waste from the refineries and use it as cheap fuel for their ocean liners in a classic win-win situation for the operators —

"In most countries, the idea of retirement is of recent origin, being introduced during the late 19th and early 20th centuries."

"Williams 'suffered monetary damages in the amount that he paid to purchase' the Impossible Whopper, according to the suit."

 What :?: :!: No emotional damage :?: A year's worth of free "Impossible Burgers" (even cooked on a new grill)
would not have cost as much as a lawsuit. ;)

 Incidentally, all recent discussion about faux meat is about stuff assembled to look and taste like ground beef ...
yet "meat" has always been many more products than ground beef. This suggests that fast food burger aficionados
would be satisfied with most "stuff assembled to look and taste like ground beef".

After all, there has been no discussion in recent decades about "hot dogs",
more stuff assembled to look and taste like ... "hot dogs".

:study: Re: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hot_dog

"Common hot dog sausage ingredients include:
- Meat trimmings and fat, e.g. mechanically separated meat, pink slime, meat slurry.
- Flavorings, such as salt, garlic, and paprika.
- Preservatives (cure) – typically sodium erythorbate and sodium nitrite."

 "So, what's your point?"
Fast food aficionados are not so concerned about ingredients,
apparently inspiring the new "Faux Meat Faux Ever!"
