We can balance our physical systems with the heart to promot healing and health. There's good advice here altough when you think about it there's nothing startlingly new. I think constant reminders of basics are valuable, though, for we all tend to lose our way and find it again as part of the process of spiritual growth and health.

Oh Wow! That was very helpful. I am going to practice those 7 simple steps every day. To tell you the truth, just now after visualizing the suggestions etc. My chest feels lighter then it has for weeks.

(gonna try and give worry a miss for the rest of the day...

)
